Accelerate your business technology with
our web & mobile development formula
Technology accelerators
- Time Efficiency: Enhance organizational systems to get things done faster.
- Increasing Value: Use technology as a competitive advantage for your business.
- Game Mechanics: Use point and reward systems to influence and incentivize behavior.
- Fun Factor: Create rich, engaging experiences that make mundane tasks more enjoyable.
We have designed a system that is built on developing a deep understanding of consumer needs and applying smart technology to fill them. We don't just develop websites and apps for the sake of creating them. We mold, mix and create solutions specific to solving your customers issues.
Plan
We begin with a discussion of your needs as a business and the needs of your customers. We think fast, so most of the time during these discussions ideas will be flying around. It is very important to prioritize these ideas. The goal is to create a solid foundation and prototype one or two technology accelerators to get your app in the customers hands to learn what is working and what needs to be improved. Unlike most product development, web-technology should be introduced to customers in phases.
Once we have a solid foundation and a fine-tuned development plan, we will give you the price-tag for development, sign off and begin prototyping.
Prototype
When we begin building the prototype, we start with a foundation; a wireframe that allows for growth and scalability. This wireframe acts as the skeleton of the application. Once we agree on the wireframe, we build the user interface. The user interface is the aesthetic design of the application; the "skin" of the application. After we develop the skeleton and skin of the app, we begin building the technology to set it in motion.
Build
Once the user interface is constructed, we work with our technology team, Vmoksha, to add all of the user functionality. They are lightening fast.
Working with Vmoksha, we developed the first phase of Supertrainer HQ in 3 months. This phase included:
- User sign-up
- Facebook connect integration
- Scheduling
- User generated exercise templates
- Amazon product integration
- Account management
- Client sign-up
- Client avatar generation
- Mobile web interface
Test
Once we have generated the functions and tested it on our end, we hand it over to you for beta testing. We will work with you to create a "user acceptance test" which outlines as many different user scenarios as possible. We will run through these cycles and any fix bugs or errors. If any high priority additions or changes are discovered that weren't originally planned for, we will address these and test again before launch. We want to keep these to a minimum to stay on schedule for launch and get the app into the customers hands.
Deliver
After testing is complete, we will move the website or app from the testing environment to the live environment. We will do one more round of testing to insure that there were no errors when moving the site or app. Once all bugs are eliminated we will sign off on the phase and the project will be complete. Any lower priority changes or additions that weren't addressed prior to launch can be completed at this time.
